Justin's Chili

2 lbs ground beef

1 large onion

2 cloves garlic minced

l can Contadina Tomato Puree

1 can Rotel (regular or mild)

1 small can Tomato Sauce

1 can Bush's Chili Magic Texas Style medium (beans)

1 can Pinto Beans, rinsed

4-5 cubes Beef Boullion

1 can beer

1 cup of water

2 teaspoons Mexican Oregano

3 Tablespoons Chili Powder

1 Tablespoon cumin

1/2 packet of Sazon Goya

1-2 Tablespoons grape jelly  

Brown beef and onion until beef is almost done. Drain most of the grease. Add all the ingredients except for Sazon Goya, Pinto beans, and grape jelly.

Simmer covered for 1 - 1.5 hours. Add Pinto beans and Sazon Goya. Cook covered another 30 minutes. Add jelly. Then taste to determine if it needs more liquid or needs to reduce. Cook with lid off if needed. If you need to add more water, make sure you add some boullion. You can add cayenne if needed.
