Mushroom Sauce

1/2 pound mushrooms - morels are best
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon soy sauce
3/4 cup half & half

Wash Mushrooms; slice through cap and stem.  Melt butter in skillet. Add mushrooms sprinkle with flour and toss to coat. Cover and cook on low until tender about 8 - 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Add soy sauce. Slowly stir in 1/2 & 1/2. Cook and stir till mixture thickens.  Season with salt and pepper.

Serve over grilled steak or chicken breast.
