1 stick butter
2 - 10 oz. packages frozen broccoli
1 medium onion, diced
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 small box (7 oz.) minute rice
2 soup cans of milk
1 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
Melt butter, stir in broccoli and onion and brown. Add cheese, soup, rice, milk
and salt. Pour into 9 X 13 casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350 Degrees.
