Tomozzarella Salad

1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbls. red wine vinegar
1/3 cup packed fresh basil leaves, cut into tiny pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. medium grind black pepper
4 medium ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz. cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 small red onion, sliced thin

In large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Fold in both types of tomatoes, cheese, and onion, coating well with dressing. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
