Poppy Seed Salad

1 head romaine lettuce

1/2 to 1 cup celery, sliced

1/2 to 1 cup green onions, sliced

1 cup sliced almonds

1 1/2 cups chow mein noodles

Bottled Poppy Seed Dressing.

Mix lettuce, green onions, and celery.  Add almonds, chow mein noodles and dressing immediately before serving.

*Noodles and almonds can be toasted in a little butter if you desire.
