1/3 head cauliflower
2 bags Riviera lettuce and spring greens
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 chopped red pepper
1 lb. bacon-fried and crumbled (1 jar)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar or replacement
2 cups mayo
Mix mayo, sweetener, salt and pepper, and mix to
combine.
Layer lettuce, cauliflower, bacon, onions, pepper
in bowl and top with dressing. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Refrigerate for
a few hours before serving.
