4 oz. cream cheese
2 cups parmesan cheese, shredded
4 eggs
2 cups pork rinds, crushed
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup sausage, cooked
1 cup pepperoni, sliced
1 1/2 cups mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbls. fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
Spray a 9 X 13-inch baking dish, or a 12-inch round pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, and pork rinds. Spread mixture evenly into bottom of a baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until sides begin to brown. Remove from heat.
Spread tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, tomatoes, and onion mixture. Top with mozzarella cheese and chopped basil. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until top is bubbly.
Let cool 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Tip: You may want to sauté the toppings (minus the cheese) before placing them on the pizza.
