Pepperoni Cups

8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 box of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
(approx) 48 slices of larger pepperoni sliced thin

Line mini muffin tins with the pepperoni slices to form a cup. Mix cheeses and spinach. Drop a spoonful of the filling into each pepperoni cup. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
