2 eggs, separated
4 oz. softened cream cheese
Beat egg whites until fluffy and stiff, set aside.
Beat egg yolks and cream cheese together until creamy and fold into the egg
whites.
Cook on buttered griddle until slightly browned.
Serve with sugar free syrup.
Sugar Free Syrup
Boil 1 cup water. Then turn off heat and add 2 cups of sugar (6 Tbls.
Somersweet). Stir until dissolved. Add 3 caps full of maple imitation flavoring.
Cool.
