1 cup of heavy cream
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 to 1 1/4 cups splenda
***OR***
2-3 Tablespoons of Somersweet, or Slimsweet/SugarNot
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside. In another bowl beat softened
cream cheese, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and sweetener until light and fluffy.
Add the whipped heavy cream and beat just until combined. Chill for 2 hours and
enjoy.
