6 eggs or egg substitute
3 Tbls. somersweet
2 cups cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and pour into ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer instructions.

*Add 1 tsp. cinnamon for cinnamon ice cream
