Brown 1 lb. of bacon (take off some of the grease)
6 eggs whipped (add this to bacon when it is fried)
3/4 pint of heavy cream (add to bacon and eggs when finished)
add: 3 tbsp. somersweet (more if desired)
2 Tbls. vinegar
Simmer then pour over:
8 ounces spinach mixed with
1 cup of lettuce

Serve Immediately.
