16 oz. cream cheese - softened
1/2 cup splenda
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. orange extract or 3/4 tsp. citrus oil
1/2 tsp. un-sweetened orange Kool-Aid powder
1/2 tsp. water
Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and splenda until light and fluffy. Add
the eggs, beat well. Add the sour cream and vanilla, mix well. Add the Kool-Aid
powder, orange extract (or oil), and water; stir well.
Pour into a 9" deep pie plate, sprayed with pam. Bake for 30 minutes or until
firm around the edges. Place a cup of water in the oven while baking.
Allow to cool 1 hour then cover and chill for at least 8 hours before serving.
