4 eggs
5 Tbls. somersweet
2 sticks butter, melted
1/2 cup Wondercocoa, sifted
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup whey protein powder
1/2 tsp. salt (if using unsalted butter)
Whisk eggs and sweetener, add in remaining ingredients.
Bake for 25 minutes for muffins or 30-35 minutes for a 8X8 pan.
