Chinese Oysters

1 pint fresh oysters
1/2 lb of uncooked bacon strips cut into thirds
1, 8oz can of sliced water chestnuts
soy sauce
sesame oil

Place 1 oyster and 1 piece of water chestnut on bacon rectangle. Sprinkle oyster and water chestnut with a few drops of soy sauce and sesame oil. Wrap bacon tightly and secure with wooden toothpicks. Repeat until your broiler pan is full as these will soon be gobbled up. Broil until golden brown on both sides about 2 minutes each side. Watch closely as ovens vary. Serve warm, crunchy, and good
