1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 Tbls. yellow mustard
1 Tbls. horseradish
1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 garlic cloves, minced

Mix all ingredients together. Chill for at least an hour to fully develop flavors.
