Breakfast Pudding

2 cups nonfat milk
1 cup whole wheat couscous
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbls. somersweet
2 Tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup nonfat yogurt

In a medium saucepan, brink milk to a boil then remove from heat. Add couscous, cinnamon, somersweet, and vanilla.

Let stand for 5 minutes, or until couscous has absorbed all of the liquid. Add yogurt and stir well.

Serve warm.
