1 cup mayonnaise
1 medium sweet onion, chopped
1 Tbls. parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
Garnish: dill or parsley, 1 Tbls. fresh or 1 tsp. dried
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine mayonnaise, onion, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt. Stir in Swiss cheese. Sprinkle with dill or parsley.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, or until golden-brown.
Serve warm with celery, broccoli, and cauliflower.
Option: Sauté onion in olive oil until it's caramelized and combine with other ingredients.
