1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup white corn syrup
1/3 cup water
dash salt
3 - 4 qts. air-popped popcorn
Cook first 5 ingredients over medium heat to "soft ball" stage.
Immediately pour over popped corn and stir to coat well. Put a little butter on hands and form into balls. Let cool, then store in airtight
container.
Makes 12 balls.
