Cranberry Sauce

12 oz. pkg. cranberries

1 cup sugar

2/3 cup water

1/3 cup orange juice

zest of 1 orange

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan.  Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Cook until mixture begins to thicken, about 5 minutes. Add nuts and cinnamon; cook for another 2 minutes.  Chill at least one hour before serving. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
