1 pkg. large flour tortillas
1 can refried fat free beans
1 small jar salsa, mild, medium or hot, your choice
1 package each of low fat mozzarella and cheddar cheese
l/2 lbs. cooked low fat meat - Lean ground beef, cooked chicken, Turkey sausage.
Fresh veggies - Diced tomato, sliced onions, sliced peppers, mushrooms, shredded lettuce, etc.
Spray large pizza pan with cooking spray.
Put flour tortillas in bottom of pan, using all of them on the bottom - Overlaping so you get a thickness.
You can use two packages of tortillas if you want it to be thicker.
Spread the beans over the tortillas, then add salsa (may not need the whole jar - it can make the tortillas soggy).
Top with cheeses.
Add meat or veggies or both.
Bake in 350 oven until cheese melts.
Top with shredded lettuce, sour cream, black olives, salsa, and crushed tortilla chips.
