1 egg
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons flour
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 pound ground beef
ketchup, for coating the outside of meatloaf
1/3 cup spicy V-8 juice

Into blender put first 5 ingredients, blend until smooth. In a bowl, combine these 5 ingredients into ground meat and mix well.  Put this mixture into a greased 2 pound loaf pan and cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes. After first 15 minutes coat the top in ketchup and add V-8 juice around the
bottom and bake for the rest of the 45 minutes.
