Spicy Baked Chicken Fingers

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or equal amount chicken tenders
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/2 Tbls. chili powder
1/2 Tbls. cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup butter
red hot, if desired
 
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.  Wash and pat dry chicken breasts.  Cut into 1/2-inch strips.  Combine the parmesan cheese and rest of the spices in a shallow bowl.
 
Line a shallow baking pan with foil.  Melt the butter in a shallow bowl.  Dip each chicken tender in butter, roll in the cheese mixture and place on rack over foil-lined pan.
