Slow Cooker Cheesy ItalianTortellini

 

1/2 pound Italian Sausage, cooked and crumbled

Pepperoni, to taste

1 (16 oz.) jar marinara sauce

1 (4.5 oz) can sliced mushrooms

1 (14.5 oz) can Italian-Style diced tomatoes, undrained

1 (9 oz) package frozen cheese tortellini

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Crumble the sausage in a skillet.  Cook over medium-high heat until browned.  Drain.

Combine the sausage, pepperoni, marinara sauce, mushrooms, and tomatoes in a slow cooker.

Add tortellini and stir to coat.

Cover, and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours.

Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over top.  Cover and cook for 15 minutes more on Low.
