½ bottle ketchup

½ bottle mustard

3 glugs Red Hot sauce (4 Tbls)

2 beers –stag or other full body beer

Garlic powder and pepper – sprinkle while cooking

BBQ Sauce

Grill till done, simmer in roaster and sauce for 10-12 hours.
