6-8, 1-inch pork chops
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbls. oil, more may be needed
1 can golden mushroom soup - not diluted
1 small onion, chopped and sprinkled between layers of pork chops
Mix together flour, salt, mustard, and garlic powder. Coat pork chops with flour mixture, brown in oil in large skillet.
Place brown pork chops in crock-pot, add can of soup and onions. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
or high for 3 1/2 - 4.
