4 lime wedges
Kosher salt on a small plate
2 cups ice cubes
3 oz. pineapple tequila
4 chunks pineapple from pineapple tequila
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
2 oz. triple sec
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a large stemmed cocktail glass. Dip the moistened rim in the salt. Set the lime
wedge and glass aside. Repeat with the remaining wedges and 3 more glasses.
In a blender jar, combine the ice, tequila, pineapple, lime juice, and triple sec. Blend on high-speed until
smooth and frothy. Divide the margaritas among the prepared glasses. Squeeze a lime wedge into each glass, drop
the wedge into the glass, and serve immediately.
