2 cups non-dairy coffee creamer
1 1/2 cups hot cocoa mix
1 1/2 cups instant coffee granules
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Store the mixture in an airtight container.
Yield: 6 1/2 cups mix
To make one serving:
Spoon 2 Tbls. plus 1 tsp. of mix into cup. Add 1 cup boiling water, stir until blended.
