1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Qts. cider
1 tsp. whole allspice
1 tsp. whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
dash of nutmeg
Combine sugar, salt, & cider in large pot. Tie spices in cheesecloth. Add to
cider. Slowly bring to boil. Simmer 20 minutes. Remove spices. Serve hot.
