3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

3/4 oz unsweetened pineapple juice

3/4 oz orange juice

3/4 oz passion fruit syrup

3/4 oz cuarenta y tres liqueur (licor 43)

1 oz Demerara rum (we use Lemonhart)

1.5oz light Puerto Rican rum (we use Cruzan but Bacardi is ok)

 
Shake with crushed ice and pour into a double old fashioned glass filled with ice.

Now just to make it confusing....When I make it I change all the 3/4 oz ingredients to 1oz. It's easier math for group mixing and not quite as potent as this is a strong drink.
