1 white cake mix
1 package instant pistachio pudding
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 eggs
1 cup club soda
Mix together. Beat well. Pour batter into 2- 9-inch or 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Remove
from oven Cool & frost.
FROSTING:
1 envelope dream whip
1 1/4 cup cold milk
1 pkg. pistachio pudding
Beat until thick. Sprinkle with coconut, chopped nuts and chopped cherries.
Refrigerate.
