1 package angel food cake
12 ounces whipped cream
4 ounces cream cheese
Sugar, add in small amounts to taste
1 quart diced strawberries
Bake angel food cake in jelly roll pan. About 13 min. on low rack. Remove from pan immediately onto cloth dusted with
powdered sugar. Put another sugar dusted towel on top & roll up. Cool. Unroll and spread filling. Save some filling to ice
outside of roll. Refrigerate. Add strawberry flavoring and red food color to frosting.
