1 pkg. angel food cake mix - get two step mix if you can
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. Using and electric mixer, beat egg white mix (if using two step) with water for about
5 minutes on high until stiff peaks form. Fold in flour mix by hand. Gently fold in pumpkin and spices. Pour
batter into a tube pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. COol cake completely before removing it from the pan.
Serve with cool whip blended with cinnamon.
