Mint Fudge Sauce

2 Cups (12 oz) chocolate chips
7 1/4 oz. pkg. peppermint patties (Brach's)
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup light corn syrup
2 Tbls. butter

Combine all except butter. Cook over medium low heat stirring constantly till melted. Remove from heat. Stir in butter until melted. 

Cool and Refrigerate.  Warm slightly and serve over ice cream.
