Ice cream cone cupcakes

1 cake mix
24 to 30 ice cream cones
2 cups icing
chopped peanuts
sprinkles
mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare cake mix according to directions.  Stand ice cream cones upright in mini-muffin pans, and fill to within 1-inch of tops with cake batter. Bake 25 - 30 minutes, or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes, then frost each cupcake with icing spreader and decorate
with desired toppings.
