24 ice cream sandwiches
1 bottle magic shell crunch
1 lg. container cool whip
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Cover bottom of 9 X 13 pan with ice cream sandwiches.  Top with half of the cool whip.  Top with second layer of ice cream sandwiches and cover with remaining cool whip.  Drizzle Magic Shell over top and sprinkle with nuts.

Freeze until ready to serve..
