1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup half-n-half
3 Tbls. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Place all ingredients, except for vanilla, in small saucepan and bring to boil.
Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Can be refrigerate indefinitely.
Makes 1 1/2 pints.
