6 oz. pkg. (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tbls. instant coffee granules or crystals
3/4 cup half-and-half, scalded
2 Tbls. Cointreau or orange-flavored liqueur
2 eggs
Place chocolate chips and coffee granules in blender container. Add very warm half-and-half. Cover; blend at medium-low
speed, about 1 minute. Add liqueur and eggs; continue blending until smooth. Pour into small dessert or
demitasse cups. Chill before serving. If desired, garnish with spoonful whipped cream, shaved unsweetened chocolate and
grated orange peel.
4 to 6 servings.
