1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk

Cover can with water and bring to boil. Turn down and boil slowly for 3 hours. Let cool and solidify.

Bake pie crust shell and let cool. Cover with bananas. Slice caramel over bananas and top with cool whip, chopped nuts and maraschino cherries.

Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
