1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Mix 1/2 cup of oil and 2 Tbls. milk together. Add to flour mixture. Stir with a fork.
Can be done right in pie plate--9 or 10", or a tart pan. Add desired fruit
filling and bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Lower heat to 350 degrees and
bake until filling is set and fruit is tender.
If you just want a baked shell, prick with a fork and bake at 425 degrees 12-15
minutes or until browned.
To make a deep dish crust.
1 3/4 cups flour
1 3/4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oil
2 Tbls. + 1 1/2 tsp. cold milk
