For the crust:

1 box yellow cake mix

1 egg

1 stick of butter or margarine

Pour cake mix in bowl add egg and melted butter, mix and press in a 9X13 pan. Set aside.

Filling:

1 8oz cream cheese

1 box powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

Mix together and pour over crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and nuts.
