3 cans Crescent Rolls
3/4 cup Sugar
1 Tsp. vanilla
1 Tsp. lemon juice
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 Large Egg Yolk (save the white)
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
Lightly grease 9X13-inch pan. Flatten 1 1/2 packages of crescent rolls into pan.
Beat egg white and set aside. Mix all remaining ingredients. Pour over rolls in
pan. Top with other 1/2 packages of crescent rolls (slightly flatten). Brush top
of rolls with beaten egg white before baking. Bake approximately 25 minutes or
until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into 1"X3" bars. Refrigerate
until serving.
