Homemade Jello
1 pkg. unsweetened Kool-Aid
1 cup Sugar or sugar substitute
2 pkts. Knox gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
Mix dry ingredients. Add a little of the boiling water to soften the gelatin and then add the remaining water. Stir until dissolved. Add cold water and refrigerate.
This recipe is equal to two boxes of jello.
