1 box yellow cake mix

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

1 8 oz package of cream cheese

1 egg

1 stick butter or margarine

powdered sugar

 

Combine all ingredients in a mixer until well blended. Chill dough. Roll into small balls, then roll the balls in powdered sugar. Bake at 350 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes. Cookies will be soft.
