Kris' Breakfast Casserole

1 1/2 lbs. pork sausage
9 eggs
3 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 slices bread, crusts removed
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Cook sausage and drain. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Tear bread into tiny pieces and mix into batter. Add cheese.
Spray 9 X 13 dish and pour in.

Add sausage to mixture and stir carefully in dish.

Bake at 350 Degrees for 1 hour.

*Can be prepared the night before.

8x8 variation

3/4 lb. sausage
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 tsp. salt
3/8 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 slices bread
3/4 cups cheddar
