2 Tbls. butter
2 shallots or green onions, minced
1 1/2 Tlbs. Old Bay Seasoning
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
3 Tbls. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
12 oz. marinated artichoke hearts, well drained and chopped
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Saute onions in butter. Add seasoning, mustard, and cayenne pepper. Slowly melt cheeses
into mixture. Stir well. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Transfer to baking dish. Bake 20 minutes
until golden. Serve with crackers, baguette slices, or celery sticks.
