30 large mushroom caps
1/2 cup cooked shrimp
1/2 cup crab meat
3/4 cup cream cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chopped green onions
2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
-Separate stems from caps.
-Finely chop the stems & saute in a bit of butter until softened; cool.
-Cream the cream cheese, add the cooled stems, then stir in all ingredients
EXCEPT for the cheddar cheese.
-Spoon filling into mushroom caps & place on a cookie sheet.
-Top with the cheddar cheese; broil until golden brown.
