1/2 pound lean corned beef, shaved
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
1 cup sauerkraut, drained well
Rye Krisp crackers or party rye

Mix together and put into shallow casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with rye crackers and thousand island dressing on the side.
