3 cans Trappey's black eye peas with jalapenos
1 large jar diced pimentos
1 can chopped green chilies
Drain well in colander.
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 Tbls. chopped garlic
1 small bottle wishbone zesty Italian dressing
1 1/2 jars chopped jalapenos (8 or 10 oz. jar)
Mix together and refrigerate overnight. Serve with Fritos corn chips.
*I remove the seeds from jalapenos to lessen heat. | |
