8 oz. Braunschweiger
1 Tbls. chopped onion - green or yellow
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt and pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
Combine cream cheese and braunschweiger, mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Yield: 2 cups
Serve on Ritz crackers.
